Tashkent Natural Gas Combined Cycle Power Plant

The first natural gas combined cycle power plant we built with 240 MW installed capacity in Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan, started commercial production in May 2022. Built on 37,000 square meters in a record time as short as one year, the plant can meet the power requirement of 700,000 households when operated at full capacity. Equipped with cutting-edge technology, the plant can reach peak load very quickly thanks to its flexible production capability. The inauguration of Tashkent Power Plant employing 100 people, 85 of whom are from Uzbekistan, took place with the participation of Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan. The plant plays an important role in meeting Uzbekistan’s energy needs and makes a significant contribution to the country’s energy supply security.

Sirdaryo Natural Gas Combined Cycle Power Plant

Our 240 MW natural gas combined cycle power plant in Sirdaryo, Uzbekistan, started commercial sales in November 2022. Built on 70,000 square meters with 700 people employed during the installation phase, the power plant is now operated with 100 people, mostly from Uzbekistan. Jizzakh Natural Gas Combined Cycle Power Plant

Our new natural gas combined cycle power plant currently under construction in Jizzakh, Uzbekistan is slated for completion in 2026. Once the 550 MW power plant is completed, our total installed capacity in the country will reach 1,030 MW. With 1,000 people employed in the installation phase, 850 of whom are from Uzbekistan, the plant will have enough capacity to generate electricity equivalent to the consumption of 1.6 million households. Jizzakh Power Plant will be operated with 100 employees, again mainly from Uzbekistan, and make a significant contribution to Uzbekistan’s economic growth and the development of the country’s energy sector.
