About Us

Established on April 19, 2019, in Tashkent, our company was founded to bring the energy expertise and experience of Cengiz Holding—one of Turkey’s largest industrial groups—to Uzbekistan. In a short period of time, we successfully completed and commissioned two natural gas combined cycle power plants in Tashkent and Sirdarya, with a total installed capacity of 480 megawatts. We are currently continuing the construction of our third facility, a 550 MW power plant in Jizzakh. With its significant investments aimed at supporting Uzbekistan’s energy supply security, our company is committed to developing new projects in the near future to further strengthen the country’s energy infrastructure.
